NEW STRETCH GOAL
The campaign is motoring along. We now have more than 500 backers and have hit a new stretch goal — we are adding two more stories and two more sonnets to the anthology!
So that’s now 22 short stories and 12 sonnets in total.
This will give potential contributors a better chance of making it into the book with the extra slots.
Funny Horror, edited by Alex Shvartsman, lampoons horror tropes and highlights the funny side of the genre. And you’ll get any one of my Dead Jack books.
UFO 9 will open to submissions right after its Kickstarter.

We have the first two pages of David Avallone's Richard III story.
"Bloody Thou Art" takes place in 1485 England and may or may not involve vampires. Helena Masellis did the art, and Tom Napolitano did the lettering. Comics Beat has the scoop on the story and below are the first two pages. You'll find Bloody Thou Art" in the Shakespeare Unleashed comic book.

Shakespeare Unleashed Art Book Added; Italian Translation Announcement

The first week is in the books — and it was one of the best I've ever had.
We had more than 400 backers, and Independent Legions picked up the Italian translation rights to Shakespeare Unleashed (which they're calling Shakespeare in Horror).

We had an amazing first day.
We funded in 75 minutes, a new record for one of my campaigns.
We were made a "Project We Love" by Kickstarter.
And we're about to hit 300 backers.
